Cancellation Rules
Villa’s cancellation policies:

  • 80% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 30 days before the check – in date.
  • 50% refund will be given if the booking is cancelled 15 days before the check – in date.
  • No refund will be given if the booking is cancelled less than 15 days before the check – in date.
  • Rs.50,000/- will be charged for booking amendment/rescheduling, subject to availability. Rates would also vary as per the season and Villa’s policy.
  • All the refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
